Power Outage in Your Area
Visit the website of your local grid owner. Most grid owners have a map of power outages in their network. Can’t find your address in the list? Call their central office and report the power outage.
No One is Registered on the Electricity Meter
Have you recently moved into a property and haven’t set up the electricity? If the previous tenant or homeowner deregistered from the electricity meter before you moved in, the meter might be “ownerless.” It’s common for the grid owner to turn off the power when no one is registered on the meter.
