Paying for Electricity from Abroad? Here’s What You Need to Know.

Paying for Electricity from Abroad? Here’s What You Need to Know.

1️⃣ Where can I find Viddakraft’s IBAN and BIC (SWIFT)?

You can find our IBAN and BIC (SWIFT) at the bottom of each page of our invoice.

2️⃣ Norwegian banks deduct 100 NOK from the recipient for each payment received from abroad. This also applies to payments made through services like Revolut.

Remember to transfer 100 NOK more than the invoice amount so that we receive the amount we billed you for. If you pay 500 NOK, we receive 400 NOK.

3️⃣ We need to manually register your invoice

All payments we receive from abroad need to be manually registered as paid. Therefore, it may take a little longer before you see in the Viddakraft app that your invoice has been paid. We normally register all payments by the 30th of each month.

4️⃣ What should I write as a message when transferring the money?

Since we need to manually register your payment, it is easiest if you write your customer number, invoice number, or your name in the message box when paying the invoice. Please do not write KID when paying from abroad.
