Here's what others often wonder after ordering
Consumption data for each day is displayed in the app in the morning of the following day. The electricity price is displayed live at all times. Electricity prices for the next day will be announced as normal at 13:00.
Your first invoice from Viddakraft will arrive between 2. and 7. in the next month.
That's because all (almost 160) network owners in Norway are state-owned enterprises, and they require special rules for co-invoicing with suppliers like us. If we were to co-invoice with all grid owners in Norway, we would not only have to buy your electricity in advance, but also pay your grid rent before you pay us. This would have been too much of a financial burden for Viddakraft, and we therefore choose, like many of our competitors, not to cooperate with them on invoicing grid rent.
